Pack Reflector

How can I use my reflectors?
I just purchased a package of reflectors for photo shoots. However, I am helpless about its position, especially when I am alone. Any input? Please help me! These reflectors are: http://shop.cordcamera.com/Items/4683009? I use the air free.
